Be sure to include the location and when you are wanting it to be completed. This information will give us an idea about your vision, project expectations and timeline. We will review each inquiry thoroughly and provide a response within 48 hours. If Sanko Construction is able to accommodate you, we will move forward with scheduling a site visit.

During our site visit we will get to know your project in greater detail. We will learn more about your vision, your expectations, discuss your budget and explore the space where your remodel will take place. During this time spent at your home, we will provide you with information that may assist you with designing and planning your project. We will develop a start-to-finish construction plan that will accommodate your timeline.

Sanko Construction is licensed and insured. We strive to ensure that each project meets health and safety regulations with code compliance. We oversee each and every phase that your project will go through until your vision is brought to life. These phases include, but not limited to; demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall and installation of cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, painting and other finishing touches.
